07 Nov 4 Players To Help Build Your Best NBA DraftKings Lineup (11/7/19)
4 Players To Help Build Your Best NBA DraftKings Lineup for November 7, 2019
Top NBA DFS Play:
Kawhi Leonard (SF/PF, $9,600)
After missing last night’s game for rest purposes, Kawhi Leonard will return tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers.
With Paul George (shoulder) yet to make his season debut, Leonard has the second-highest usage rate in the league (39%), trailing only James Harden.
He was outstanding in his last four games with 58.1 DraftKings fantasy points per game, and the last time Leonard rested the game before, he scored a season-high 63 DraftKings fantasy points against the San Antonio Spurs the following night.
Portland currently ranks as a bottom-10 defense, and this Western Conference matchup currently holds the highest game total by a significant 11.5 points (229.5).
This is the top game to target tonight, and Leonard should exceed 50 DraftKings fantasy points for the fifth consecutive game.
Value NBA DFS Plays:
Hassan Whiteside (C, $6,400)
On Monday night, Hassan Whiteside collected a 22-point, 11-rebound double-double, resulting in 40.75 DraftKings fantasy points against the Golden State Warriors. This was one of his most productive nights of the season thus far, but DraftKings failed to adjust his price, keeping Whiteside at a season-low $6,400.
At this salary, he needs to score 32 DraftKings fantasy points to hit five times value, which is something the big man has accomplished in four of six games this year.
In the two career games that Whiteside has competed in with a total of over 225 points, he is supplying 40.3 DraftKings fantasy points per game.
Damian Lillard (PG, $9,100)
As mentioned above, the Portland Trail Blazers and Los Angeles Clippers game is the top game to attack tonight. Building rosters with both Damian Lillard and Kawhi Leonard is optimal.
Through the first two weeks of the season, Lillard is one of the most reliable options in fantasy basketball. He is averaging 53 DraftKings fantasy points per contest and has topped 50 DraftKings fantasy points in all but one game this season.
Lillard is currently seeing 37.4 minutes per game, which is nearly two more minutes per game than he averaged last season. With tonight’s spread at 5.5 points against the Clippers, Lillard should continue to play 35+ minutes.
Going against Patrick Beverly is far from ideal, but Lillard has been fine against the pesky defender in the past with 47.3 DraftKings fantasy points per game in their four meetings last season.
Lilliard should produce another 50+ DraftKings fantasy points tonight.
Rodney Hood (SG/SF, $3,800)
Rodney Hood is never an exciting option, but the amount of playing time he should see is not reflected in his low price tag.
Hood logged 30 minutes or more in every game this season, and no other player under $4,000 on tonight’s slate has a legitimate chance of playing 30+ minutes tonight, barring an unexpected injury.
With starter-like minutes, Hood is averaging a solid 22.5 DraftKings fantasy points per game. The Clippers obviously have some elite wing defenders with Kawhi Leonard and Patrick Beverley, but they have given up the sixth most made three-pointers per game this season.
Hood is shooting 50% from beyond the arc and attempting four three-pointers per game. At only $3,800, he ranks as the best punt option on tonight’s small slate.
