10 Oct Fantasy Football Rankings – Week 6
First of all, where have the last 5 weeks of our lives gone? It seems like yesterday that the air was hot and Twitter was fueled by off-season hot taeks, as NFL fans grew irritable waiting for the season to begin. Now, all of a sudden, it’s Week 6! This is proof that patience is a virtue.
Was that enough of a distraction from my dismal Week 5 performance? I hope so, but doubt it. My rankings last week were worse than Baker Mayfield on Monday Night Football, but at least I’ll shake your hand (before and after).
Nevertheless, as awful as I was, somehow it’s still good enough for 28th on the season against all of my colleagues “in the industry.” I use the air quotes there to poke fun at myself more than anyone else, as I will never be comfortable with the “expert” moniker.
Are you still reading? Why? You came here for a list of names, not a manifesto of words. I don’t even know if that makes sense, but if you’re still here, you are obviously plenty distracted, or bored, or both. Let’s get it in Week 6!
Bye weeks and a slew of injuries is what we’re dealing with this week. Here is what is good for me: I’m 5-0 and, coincidentally, 28th overall in the Scott Fish Bowl.
Here is what is decent for me: I’m 3-2 basically everywhere else.
Here is what is bad for me: I’m about to be 3-3 in most places due to being forced to start the likes of Elijhaa Penny and Ty Johnson. In one league, those two are my entire backfield.
You know the drill; answer your own ‘start or sit’ questions by seeing who I have ranked higher than the other player in question. It is that simple. These fantasy football rankings change right up until game time, updating automatically. Whenever you are looking at this is the most current version.
These rankings are set at half-point PPR, but you can change the scoring to full PPR or Standard. You can sort via position, or even IDP. Leave in the comments who you like, or hate, and that can include me as well.
Good luck, y’all!
