Scouting Director
XTB’s Director of Scouting
Bay Area-born sports lover who has worked in the football industry as a journalist, coach, and film analyst.
Currently a graduate student attending the UMass Sport Management program, and received his BA in journalism at Hofstra University.
Scouting Coordinator
Video scout with 2 seasons of experience at PFF, and 3 seasons as a game charter overall.
Received scouting training from of former Browns GM Phil Savage, and former Browns and Saints scout Matt Manocherian.
As a native Clevelander, all I want is for the Browns to win a Super Bowl as winning the Super Bowl with Browns in Madden 181 times still hasn’t filled the void.
XTB Scouting Advisor
Ron joins the XTB Scouting Team with a wealth of experience. He is a former NFL player, having been signed as an undrafted Center with the Minnesota Vikings, following a stellar career at North Central College.
After his playing career he got into coaching, spending time in the Arena League, before transitioning to become the Director of Football Operations for the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). He currently holds the same title with the Tampa Bay Vipers of the XFL.
Ron will be serving as an advisor to our scouting department, and helping to oversee our NFL Draft Guide ensuring it exceeds everything needed for executives of professional leagues, down to the casual fan. He is a huge addition and asset to our growth.

Scout
Matt is a data science major at the University of Michigan.
