Quarterback
Jameis Winston
New Orleans Saints – Rostered at 3% Yahoo!, 1% ESPN
I am here for Jameis Winston starting at quarterback with another set of explosive offensive weapons. Winston will have a week of practice to get comfortable and faces one of the weaker defenses in football. The Falcons have allowed the most passing touchdowns and the second most passing yards. What has improved for the Falcons defense is their yards per attempt allowed and completion percentage, which are middle-of-the-road.
Winston will be the top quarterback add this week by a large margin.
Alex Smith
Washington Football Team – 5% Yahoo!, 4% ESPN
Alex Smith threw for 390 yards against the Detroit Lions, a career high, but did not finish as a QB1 in Week 10. Just a truly amazing stat. Week 11 the Football Team welcomes the Bengals to town. Smith is a top-tier streamer.
Running Back
J.D. McKissic
Washington Football Team – 69% Yahoo!, 64% ESPN
This is the last time you will be able to add J.D. McKissic if he is available in your league. The pass-catching back has 29 (!) targets the past two games and has two RB1 performances with Smith under center. If McKissic sees double-digit targets on a weekly basis, he is an auto-play in all formats. Regardless, he is no worse than a flex option going forward.
Salvon Ahmed
Miami Dolphins – 7% Yahoo!, 7% ESPN
The Dolphins relied on Salvon Ahmed to be the lead back in their Week 10 victory (21 carries), and that should not change against a Broncos defense that allowed four rushing touchdowns last week.
Kalen Ballage
Los Angeles Chargers – 20% Yahoo!, 30% ESPN
Kalen Ballage has 31 PPR fantasy points over the past two weeks and has registered two top 24 finishes. Ballage looked good in a revenge game against Miami and gets a sorta revenge game at home against the New York Jets this week.
Alex Collins
Seattle Seahawks – 0% Yahoo!, 0% ESPN
If Chris Carson and/or Carlos Hyde miss Thursday night’s game against Arizona, Alex Collins is a waiver wire option. You could do worse!
Wide Receiver
Jakobi Meyers
New England Patriots – 48% Yahoo!, 23% ESPN
Jakobi Meyers has been a WR3 or better in three consecutive weeks and played well in undesirable conditions Sunday night. He is a locked in WR3 with upside every week.
Michael Pittman Jr.
Indianapolis Colts – 10% Yahoo!, 5% ESPN
The Colts utilized Michael Pittman Jr. in a myriad of ways last Thursday night, and it resulted in over 100 total yards and a WR2 finish. His Week 11 matchup against the Packers is the toughest left this season, with plus games against Tennessee and Houston ahead of the fantasy playoffs.
K.J. Hamler
Denver Broncos – 4% Yahoo!, 3% ESPN
Drew Lock is this generation’s Jay Cutler, which is good and bad for Broncos pass catchers. K.J. Hamler had one medicine ball thrown his way in Week 10, but he managed to see 10 targets for the second straight week. Hamler is widely available on the waiver wire and is worth flex consideration going forward.
Josh Reynolds
Los Angeles Rams – 5% Yahoo!, 3% ESPN
Cooper Kupp has had nagging injuries and the benefactor of his lower snap count has been Josh Reynolds. Reynolds’ targets have increased each of the past five weeks and had a season-high 94 yards in Week 10.
Jakeem Grant
Miami Dolphins – 5% Yahoo!, 2% ESPN
I said last week that Jakeem Grant is in Tua Tagovailoa’s circle of trust, and it resulted in his first touchdown and top 24 wide receiver performance of the season
Marquez Valdes-Scantling
Green Bay Packers – 17% Yahoo!, 10% ESPN
I am on the fence about this recommendation because weather played a large role in the Packers’ Week 10 game, and Allen Lazard is inching closer to a return. The Packers offense runs through Davante Adams and Aaron Jones. After that, it is dealer’s choice. Roster MVS with caution.
Allen Lazard
Green Bay Packers – 42% Yahoo!, 31% ESPN
Speaking of Allen Lazard, the Packers have taken the safe route with is recovery from core muscle surgery. He is their best receiver between the hash marks and the Packers cannot afford to lose him again. This could be the week he gets activated, as the Colts host Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers needs as many passing options as possible against one of the better defenses in the league.
Add him off the waiver wire now.
Marquez Callaway
New Orleans Saints – 0% Yahoo!, 0% ESPN
Tre’Quan Smith was crushed in New Orleans’ Week 10 win against the 49ers, and the next man up is Marquez Callaway. The rookie has shown flashes and should get an increased workload in three-receiver sets.
Tight End
Logan Thomas
Washington Football Team – 35% Yahoo!, 20% ESPN
10.6 PPR points made Logan Thomas a top six tight end in Week 10. Add him from the waiver wire and play him.
Kyle Rudolph
Minnesota Vikings – 5% Yahoo!, 7% ESPN
If Irv Smith Jr. misses Week 11, Kyle Rudolph is a tight end streamer. Minnesota gets whatever the Dallas defense is next week.
Richard Rodgers
Philadelphia Eagles – 5% Yahoo!, 3% ESPN
Dick Rod outproduced Dallas Goedert last week, and has streaming viability as long as the tight end position is a cesspool and Goedert keeps getting dinged up.
